Thousands of fish-farming cages stretch across the sea, connected by floating walkways and small wooden huts to form a vast floating community. Extending for kilometres, this carefully organised aquaculture network supports local livelihoods while transforming the coastal landscape.

Sun Qingsheng has pursued photography since 1980. He is a member of GPU, Royal Photographic Society and Lifetime Member of China Digital Photographers Association, once its director. Also a contracted and special‑appointed photographer for multiple platforms. Rooted in real‑life experiences, he creates expressive landscape and human‑figure images. He travels widely to capture genuine moments. His works have won numerous international and domestic awards and been exhibited at many major photography festivals.
