A coconut octopus sits inside a plastic sandwich bag. “These octopuses typically hide inside empty shells or coconut shells,” explains Formis. “This time, the octopus chose what was available instead - plastic packaging. Unfortunately, it's completely transparent, making the octopus easily visible. It was a sad and touching behaviour to witness at the same time.”
