"An endangered green sea turtle hatchling follows the path of an adult turtle that makes her way back to the ocean after laying her eggs," says Long. "I was extremely fortunate to have had a hatchling and adult turtle cross paths. I love how this image demonstrates the journey the hatchling has ahead of it in order to reach the same maturity of the adult."
